Partner terms

01The parties and acceptance

These terms are between Miroglu Bilişim Ltd. Şti. (Zeytinlik Mah. Odabaşı Sok. No:23 Ahenk Apt. Daire 9-10, İstanbul, Türkiye), which operates STILYO, and the business that accepts them (“Partner”). Acceptance happens online; we record the date, the accepting email address, the version of these terms and a summary of the connection used.

02What we provide

During the package period, STILYO shows outfits built with the Partner’s real products in separate placements, each labelled “Sponsored” and linked to a “Why am I seeing this?” panel. Organic ranking is never sold: sponsored placements are added alongside organic results and do not change their order. No particular position is promised.

03Packages, estimates and reporting

Each package states an estimated number of visible impressions (and, where offered, outfit suggestions). These are estimates, not guarantees: there is no guaranteed volume and no obligation to deliver make-good placements. STILYO paces delivery evenly across the period and provides a daily aggregate report. Any extension when delivery falls short is at our discretion.

04Fees

The fee and the term are set out in the written proposal prepared after the enquiry and confirmed by both parties before the term starts. The invoice is issued at the start of the term; payment terms are stated on the invoice.

05Term and cancellation

The minimum period is 4 weeks. Either party may cancel without penalty by giving 30 days’ written notice. We may pause placements immediately where the law, user safety or these terms require it.

06Your products and content

• Products come from the Partner’s own website, through a product feed or product links.
• The Partner confirms that products are genuine, available, correctly priced and lawful to sell in the markets concerned, and is responsible for any claims made about them.
• The Partner grants Miroglu Bilişim Ltd. Şti. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence, for the period, to display product images and data inside STILYO and to use them to create outfit and try-on images.
• We may decline or remove any product or image at any time.

07Data and privacy

Targeting is contextual only — market, language, season, style and category. Personal data such as body photos, skin or hair tone, wardrobe contents or style analysis is never used for targeting. Reports contain totals only; no data about individual people is shared with the Partner. Each party remains responsible for its own compliance with data protection law.

08Items we do not accept

• Counterfeit or replica goods.
• Products that are unsafe, recalled or illegal in the market concerned.
• Misleading claims about a product, its price or its availability.
• Content that is sexual, hateful or unsuitable for a general audience.

09Liability

Each party’s total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the package concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

10Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If translations differ, the English version prevails.
