Delete your account

You can delete your STILYO account and everything in it at any time. The fastest way is inside the app.

First, cancel your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store account so you are not charged again.

In the app

  1. 1Open STILYO and go to the Profile tab.
  2. 2Tap Delete account.
  3. 3Tick “I understand this cannot be undone”, then tap Delete my account.

If you cannot open the app

Write to support@stilyo.app from the email address your account uses, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Right away: you are signed out on every device, and your sign-in details, style profile, outfit suggestions and notes, plans, cart, shares and notifications are deleted.
  • Shortly after: all your photos — body photos, garment photos and every image the app generated — are permanently deleted from storage, together with your try-ons, wardrobe and body details.
  • Your email address, name and username are removed from what remains of the account record.

What we keep, and why

Your personal content is deleted. Accounting, subscription and consent records — and a minimal note that a welcome gift or invite was already used — are kept for as long as the law requires, without your personal content. If a friend saved a piece you shared with them, their copy stays in their wardrobe. A deleted account cannot be restored, and signing up again with the same email address does not bring back a welcome gift.
