These terms govern your use of STILYO, operated by Miroglu Bilişim Ltd. Şti. (registration number 6211192654), Zeytinlik Mah. Odabaşı Sok. No:23 Ahenk Apt. Daire 9-10, İstanbul, Türkiye. By using the app, you agree to them.
01Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The app is for your own personal styling.
02Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
03Your photos
Upload only photos of yourself and of clothes you own or are considering. Never upload photos of other people without their consent, and never upload anything unlawful.
04Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the images the app generates for you. You give us only the permission needed to store them, process them to deliver the features you ask for, and show them back to you.
05Generated images are an approximation
Try-on images are a visual approximation, not a guarantee of fit, colour or availability. Do not rely on them as the only basis for a purchase.
06Plans and your weekly allowance
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Billing is handled by Apple or Google: cancel in your store account at least 24 hours before renewal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Every plan includes a weekly allowance for building outfits, trying them on and finding products; it renews every week and unused allowance does not carry over. Building and organising your wardrobe is free. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. The stylist chat has a daily limit on style requests, and adding photos to your wardrobe has a daily limit too; paid plans raise both considerably. Daily limits renew every day.
07Welcome gift and invites
New accounts may receive a one-time welcome gift, once per email address. Invite rewards follow the rules shown in the app and may be limited. Gifts and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
08Shopping links
Products are sold by third-party stores, not by us, and checkout happens on their sites. Prices and availability are theirs and can change. We may earn a commission when you buy through a link, at no extra cost to you.
09Acceptable use
Do not try to make the app produce sexual, violent or otherwise harmful images, or to remove clothing from anyone — such requests are refused. Do not use the app to depict a real person without their consent. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly try.
10Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in the app. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your store account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk.
11Liability
The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by contract.
12App stores
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support; we are.
13Open-source components
Garment detection uses RF-DETR by Roboflow (Apache License 2.0), trained on the Fashionpedia dataset (Jia et al., ECCV 2020, licensed CC BY 4.0).
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
15Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are resolved in the courts of Istanbul, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live. Where these terms exist in more than one language, the English version governs. Questions: support@stilyo.app.
